The annex is located inside the Villa with a view on the whole property.
It is possible to rent it because if the number of the guests is more than 26, the annex has 3 double bedrooms arriving to accommodate a maximum number of 32 guest:
1 elegantly and tastefully decorated suite called “Frette Works Suite” on the ground floor
1 Bedroom with a unique view called “Goslings Room” located on the first floor
1 Bedroom called “Poodles Room” always on the first floor
All the rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom and a “King Size” double bed
